Information we collect
When you join the updates list, we collect:
- Your email address and, if supplied, your first name.
- The Blue Grey Games topics you select.
- Your consent and subscription status.
- Technical delivery information such as confirmations, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests.
How we use it
We use this information to send the updates you requested, manage topic preferences, protect the form from abuse, and understand whether messages are being delivered. The marketing list is not used for player reminders or live-game administration.
Services involved
MailerLite stores subscriber records, manages double opt-in, and delivers updates. Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated form submissions. Their own privacy terms also apply when those services process information.

Sharing and retention
Blue Grey Games does not sell or rent the updates list. Information is shared only with services needed to operate the list or when legally required. Subscriber information is retained while a subscription is active. Limited suppression records may remain after unsubscribing so that the request continues to be honored.
Your choices
Joining requires confirmation by email. Every update includes an unsubscribe link. You can also change your topic preferences or ask for access to or deletion of your subscriber information by writing to hello@bluegreygames.com.
